MAJOPA has 3,000 sq. ft of space available to rent for meetings, wedding/baby showers, rehearsal dinners, graduations, family reunions and countless other events and special occasions. Rental space includes a spacious great room, adjacent kitchen and a meeting area with conference seating for 50-60 and theatre seating for 75.
Rental rates are:
Available Monday -- Thursday from 8 a.m. to midnight, in 4-hour consecutive segments at the rate of $25 per segment or Friday – Sunday 8 a.m. to midnight, in 4-hour consecutive segments at the rate of $50 per segment.
A security deposit of $350 must be paid at least 24-hours prior to rental during normal business hours.
Renter occupancy cannot exceed 75 people.

LCD projector
Internet service
Easels and flip charts (no paper)
A list of eligible caterers is available upon request
